John made sure with the sales team it was ok for him to work with me because we had sent email inquiry's about vehicles. John wanted to be positive he was not stepping on another salesman's toes. I felt that type of honesty and integrity was important. My wife and I had visited over 15 other dealerships of various makes and models. While some salesman were helpful we were not able to reach a price that fit our family or found the product not as advertised. North Penn Mazda and salesman John Sell did all they could to accommodate our needs. John recognized our needs and took the time needed to show my wife all the features of our new CX9. This was my wife's second purchase from North Penn Mazda and she was pleased with both experiences. John had pretzel rods at his desk which my kids were not shy in asking for, he was more then happy to share. I do consider myself an extremely difficult person to deal with when purchasing a car but the Saturday I spent at North Penn Mazda was very laid back. I highly recommend dealing with John Sell and North Penn Mazda. Just be sure to approach or call them as they allow the customer the freedom to walk the lot and look at cars with out being stalked or harassed. More

Even the free coffee was above average. They don't need my 5 star rating but I give it to them anyway, and would have even if I hadn't purchased a car here. When I decided to buy a new Mazda5 Costco sent me to another dealership. I went back to North Penn Mazda because of their customer loyalty program and their friendly, knowledgeable sales team. I never thought they would match the Costco price but they did because of the loyalty bonus and an additional sales incentive. I was very satisfied with the bargaining process and I was even happy that this dealership would be selling my first Mazda5. I feel like I left it in good hands. Everyone was at NorthPenn Mazda was so helpful. I had been to a few other dealerships in the area and had some not so great experiences. I traded in my old car and they offered me a very fair trade in price. I ended up leasing the Mazda6 Sport which I am in love with! I am all around happy with my experience at NorthPenn Mazda. (NorthPenn VW was also extremely helpful and there was never any pressure) More
