Stayed for 3 hours, the tracker sent to my phone never left the second step (Inspection). Told I would need new tires except they didn’t have them in stock and it would be two days before the tires would left the second step (Inspection). Not something to hear for someone working a 40 hour week having to take time off again. I opted to wait until inspection which was two months from now. I had an appointment, showed up on time only to park behind three empty cars, two in the bay and one in front of the garage door. An attendant came over and asked me to leave my key fob in the car and sign in. What would happen if someone walked up and stole my car? Is the shop liable and would they owe me a car identical to the one stolen from me? The dealership changed owners recently, now service sucks. More
