Felt rushed , sales rep did not disclose gap insurance on the purchase, instead I inquired what the $900 dollar charge was, and had to ask if it was optional, and then was pressured to purchase it. Car not the purchase, instead I inquired what the $900 dollar charge was, and had to ask if it was optional, and then was pressured to purchase it. Car not ready or inspected as promised on day of pick up. But no phone call to let me know it would be that late , because it needed a new battery. .. had to wait an hour and a half . Once finally got the car the key battery needed replacement . .Pleasant environment and staff but not sure I would come back if they can't make a phone call to tell me car wasn't ready or inspected. More
