First time buyer after losing my husband Pleasant, courteous experience - sales staff, service dept., body shop, parts dept. and finance. John Steele showed me around the service area and Pleasant, courteous experience - sales staff, service dept., body shop, parts dept. and finance. John Steele showed me around the service area and introduced me to Craig Prochaska. Then in the body shop I met Brad Ory, and in the parts dept. I met Glenn Stachowiak. I ordered Weather Tech liners and a cargo liner for my new 2018 Escape SEL. When the liners came in ( in one day!) I did not have to worry about handling the bulky boxes. Without asking, Glenn said he'd carry them out and install them for me. Very much appreciated since I am recovering from open heart surgery. John spent a great deal of time explaining and demonstrating the functions and their locations upon picking up my SUV. He told me that it was a lot to take in and remember. I was told to never be hesitate in calling or stopping in with any questions that I may come up with as I get to "know" my vehicle. While I was there for the liners I had a question regarding the auto-on windshield wiper function. John Steele was not in yet, but Glenn asked another very helpful staff member from the front desk (a gal) if she could help me. She came out and showed me the function was in settings and demonstrated how to make the change, (not once but twice making sure I knew how to make the change myself). A great experience all the way around. More
