I came into Reliable to buy a Colorado for my mom, Tierra approached me and my mom with a smile and a pleasant attitude, i really admired how Tierra was really friendly and patient with my mother who is push approached me and my mom with a smile and a pleasant attitude, i really admired how Tierra was really friendly and patient with my mother who is pushing 70. Unfortunately I will not be buying another chevy from Reliable again and here's why. The finance manager (Derrick) became a little discourteous when i declined the additional coverages he was trying to sell, 3 days after purchasing my moms Colorado i get a call from Derrick, he tells me that he forgot to have me sign some more documents on my trade in so i had to leave work early to deal with Derricks mistake. When i first came into Reliable i had my eyes set on the 2024 Colorado, i was open on purchasing a 2025 but i had my eyes set on the 24 to save a couple of bucks, when i asked Tierra about the 24 model she made an effort to find it but was then told by her bosses that they don't know where the truck is. How do you lose a truck that's listed on the website and is still currently in the system? The day after i purchased the Colorado i called back using a different name, a gentleman named Oliver Jones answered. I asked Oliver if they still had the 2024 Colorado available, he tells me that its in the system and he'll call me back when he find's it. About an hour later i get a call from Oliver, he tells me that the truck is in the shop for a recall and unfortunately he doesn't know when its gonna be done because the service manager took off for the day, now THAT sir is customer service if you ask me! More

The service was poor. The staff were rude and they didn’t even fix my car. My engine light came on 2 hours driving off the lot. They sold me a lemon and won’t even repair The staff were rude and they didn’t even fix my car. My engine light came on 2 hours driving off the lot. They sold me a lemon and won’t even repair it properly when it’s brought in. They didn’t offer me a loaner or give it to me when I asked. This is the worst establishment I’ve ever bought a car from. More
