They didn't low ball me... they didn't do the I will see what price I can do with my manager.. They were and are the reason I tell people to go there and buy a car. My husband was impressed with their gentle way of dealing with me as I am not the kind of person a dealer wants to see coming as I do not like dealerships that do the I will check with my manager 5 times and still not give you a deal. I know what I want to pay when I go to a dealership and have walked out for $50.00 difference. So you see these guys were and are the best. They even like to see me now !!!!!!!!! Judy More

This is the best place to get a new truck or car and to have service done. I have been going here for many years and always had good experiences, but this time I had the best time ever. John Sullivan made this purchase a pleasure, very quick and a simple task for me to get my new truck. The parts & service dept.s were ever so helpfull in getting accessories for my truck and the installation was done perfectly. Great job done by all. Two of the best sales people I've dealt with in a long time. They took their time explaining everything to me. There was no high pressure sales tactics just very down to earth. I seen the car while I was cleaning up their copier (I service all machines for this dealership) and looked over at the 2013.5 200s Limited carhartt edition White with black 18 inch rims in the show room.. I knew I had to have the car! I talked to them at 11:30 and drove out with the car at 5 that same day! Absolutely the easiest experience I have ever had with buying a new car I will recommend these guys 100 %! More

My experience with Finger Lakes Chrysler was excellent! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff, everyone was very eager to help. My salesmen John Sullivan showed me a couple 2013 Jeep m As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the friendly staff, everyone was very eager to help. My salesmen John Sullivan showed me a couple 2013 Jeep models, he was very patient with me and showed me all the features on all of them and took me on a few test drives. He took all my concerns into consideration and helped me pick the best Jeep for me. Jason and Ryan helped with the financing. We decided a lease was the best way to go. They made trading my car in easy.They also made sure my payment amount was right where I wanted it. After all the paperwork was signed John went through the vehicle with me one more time to make sure I knew where everything was. I love my new Jeep and would recommend this dealership to everyone!
