Best dealer in tri-state area! I shop around from CT, NY, NJ, even PA. But Stamford Hyundai is exceptional. All sales people are nice and friendly even finance guy, John! He has so much information all of safety futures and warranty of car. Finally price! Their are giving just straight MSRP now, No mark up or unknown fee. I highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase Hyundai, Genesis or used cars. More

This is my forth new vehicle in the span of four years at this dealership. Overall, I had a super experience with the first three purchases. I have also recommended a number of friends who purchased vehicles this dealership. Overall, I had a super experience with the first three purchases. I have also recommended a number of friends who purchased vehicles. I decided to give the Genesis luxury brand a try. I must say, the GV70 lived up to the hype. However, I wish could say the same regarding the sales experience. For example, my sales representative managed to let me leave without generating a profile in the MYGENESIS app. As of this review, its been 3 weeks and I still cannot access my vehicle in the MYGENESIS app. Comparing this experience with a recent vehicle purchase at a BMW dealership, BMW made certain I did not leave until all was taken care of including but not limited to VIN registered in their BMW app, made sure I successfully downloaded and accessed it, and BMW performed an in-depth overall training of the vehicle functions. My overall experience from beginning of the sales to the end was not pleasant. If Genesis is going to compete with the other Luxury brands such as BMW, Mercedes, they need to step up their game in delivering a better customer experience in sales. More
