After having been to three prior NY dealerships, we were very disappointed and weary of meeting more unprofessional and pushy salesman. However, as soon as we entered the Stamford dealership, my wife spott very disappointed and weary of meeting more unprofessional and pushy salesman. However, as soon as we entered the Stamford dealership, my wife spotted Randal and said he is who we want to speak with. Randal was not at all pushy but was very professional in his straightforward, and honest approach to assist us to purchase a new car, and we walked out buying exactly what we wanted. When the car arrived Randal spent time going over the details with us and even helped guide us a little bit thru some of the financials, giving us the confidence we needed. A very smooth transaction that I recommend to anyone tired of the "other" unprofessional car buying experiences. John in finance did his part extremely professionally and also worked with us very patiently thru the financial details. These two gentlemen and this dealership are to be commended for making this buying experience a genuine pleasure. More
