He never rushed me or made me feel like a burden—instead, he met each step of the process with genuine care, attention, and a calm confidence that made me feel grounded. He has an incredible ability to answer questions thoroughly, no matter how detailed or specific, and always made space for thoughtful conversations. John was also incredibly flexible—happy to set up test drives even for cars I’d already tried, just so I could be sure. The entire Carter Subaru team made me feel welcome, but John truly sets the bar for what a car-buying experience should feel like. If Carter gave out keys for exceptional service, John would have a whole ring full. I feel truly lucky to have worked with John and I cannot recommend the team enough! More
