All the persons helping me did a very good job in helping me select and obtain a car "like" the one I wanted. The helped me exchange everything from old to new, and even a follow thru on a few items Misplaced or forgotten. The only uncertain part of the transaction was that " I thought the car" had ECO since that is one thing I used and enjoyed in my other Forte. My undersdtanding is that "ECO" was on the car and it could be used. I have NOT found that possibibli9ty to date. I was assured by 3 people that it WAS THERE. I will double check with Jenkins Kia soon about this item. Thanks L. Lindquist More

The Best Deal Ever Jamie Fielding at Jenkins KIA of Ocala, FL met us on the lot and promised my wife and I the "best deal we ever got from a car dealer." I smiled; I've Jamie Fielding at Jenkins KIA of Ocala, FL met us on the lot and promised my wife and I the "best deal we ever got from a car dealer." I smiled; I've been promised a great deal many times during my 72 years. We looked at the basic KIA and agreed we really did not need the high-end options we paid so much for prior to our retirement. Then, as we entered the showroom, my wife saw the 2018 maxed-out Limited Edition KIA Soul and shouted, "That's the car I want!" Before I could explain to my wife why that beautiful car was beyond our reach, Fielding said "Remember my promise? The best deal? Let's talk to my manager, Guy Rodas" Later that afternoon, as we drove our new car off the lot... THAT new car, Jamie Fielding saluted us, and we shouted, "We got the best deal EVER!" Wasn't in the market for a new KIA Took our 2016 KIA Sorrento to Jenkins KIA for service and oil change. Drove off the lot in a brand new 2018 KIA Sorrento, almost identical to the one Took our 2016 KIA Sorrento to Jenkins KIA for service and oil change. Drove off the lot in a brand new 2018 KIA Sorrento, almost identical to the one we drove in. We were very happy with our KIA, so it didn't take much convincing for us to trade up. We were treated very professionally by Callie Zimmerman when we arrived. She even helped me program the new KIA blue tooth before we left the dealership. Jamie Fielding, a fellow Veteran, was very personable and knowledgeable. A misunderstanding of the GAP insurance and the promise that our monthly payment would remain the same, which in final paper work was not the case, is why Guy Rodas recieves only 4 stars. I felt pressured by John Szylin and wasn't very happy with him or his service, but I guess he was just doing his job, so he gets an average rating. We do not like to be pressured into anything. More

Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had I called in to the dealership. I asked to speak to a sales manager. I spoke with Guy Rodas. I told him I was looking to trade in my vehicle for new So I called in to the dealership. I asked to speak to a sales manager. I spoke with Guy Rodas. I told him I was looking to trade in my vehicle for new Sorento. I gave him all my info, car info, etc. I made an appointment for when I could come in. When I came in, Guy had everything ready. I sat down with Tim Koehler, a sales associate, and we signed the paperwork which was all ready prepared. I took a test drive in my Sorento which was all ready as well. Only drawback was the wait time to see finance guy, but he had all our paperwork ready as well. We signed our paperwork and we were out the door. We knew what we were paying, we knew the trade in, there was no haggling, no run around. It was easier than a trip to the grocery store. More
