Then in 2023, I was lead to believe that my 2023 Blazer was fully loaded. When I picked it up, I was disappointed to find out that it had NO full camera system. I took the car because I needed a car. Then 2 months ago, I came into the dealership and saw what I thought was a fully loaded Blazer however I was told that it was missing the camera and the seats don’t cool. I didn’t care for the seats but they ordered me a (what I thought was fully loaded) Blazer. I did the paperwork and paid, and when I got into the car, I was disappointed again. I got a Blazer with the camera system but no memory seats. This was not a fully loaded car as requested and John tried to brush it off and say, but you have the camera and Bose system. Features that were all standard or should have been standard when comparing to my 2020 a Blazer. John said that the memory seat came w the cooling of the seat package, a huge item that he failed to mention. It feels like I request for certain things in the car and then when I get the car it’s missing other certain things. I have been disappointed every single time but I stay with the car because I love the Blazer. I just want a fully loaded Blazer. That’s not difficult to interpret. It’s been misrepresentation every time.
Also 2 months ago, my car was valued at $34k and this time it was valued at $32,500. The reason was because it needed new tires; however it was valued like this month months ago and adding 3k to the mileage shouldn’t affect the tires that much. The dealerships knew it would need new tires. I told them to honor it and then they said well the market has changed, so which is it? John said that they were already taking a hit with the car and that they tried to give me the best deal possible. However that wasn’t true because when it came to signing, I found out that was contracted mileage for the year was 12,000 and not 10,000 like it always was. My monthly could have been lower but instead the took it upon themselves to increase the mileage and not tell me until I was signing.
This has been a horrible experience, first by losing my car for about 8 months, then messing up my credit due to the lost (fyi the car sat in the lot for months and never returned to Infinity). And misrepresentations every single time. I wanted to buy out the lease before I thought I had finally found a car that had EVERYTHING and it doesn’t!
