I checked out the other brands before I finally made my decision to buy a Ram. Mr. Doug Newton was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable with pickups and shared why a Ram is a wise choice. After our conversation I went for a test drive and well after that I really didn't need Doug... I was sold. The truck looks great, handles like a dream and has all the power I need. Absolutely no sales pressure and a top notch product.. All business, but in a good way I walked away from Port City with a new truck, less than 30 or 45 minutes after walking in the door. This is my third ram truck, so I knew what I wanted and I walked out of the other dealership that I bought my last two from, because after spending a lot more time there first, I we could not get even close on pricing. I worked with 2 other dealerships and left those as well without a purchase. So I find it interesting that the dealership I spent the least amount of time in, is the one that I made a purchase from. My time is valuable And the Port City team did not waste it. They gave me a good price right from the start And with only a little back and forth, we were able to add an item to the truck that was important to me and still meet the price point I was looking for. No time wasted..... More
