Coming in for service I got a call that asked if I was interested to speak with someone about trading in my car. I thought I'd see what they said. Mike was kind and helpful. JD was nice but pushed me *wa interested to speak with someone about trading in my car. I thought I'd see what they said. Mike was kind and helpful. JD was nice but pushed me *way* beyond my financial comfort zone. I found myself tired after over three hours, boundaries pushed till they broke down. I should have walked out. Instead I'm paying $80 more per month than I am comfortable with. David got very cranky when we said no to the warranty (5 times firmly) and his demeanor completely changed from nice and fun to cold. Aldo listened and was polite. Day 2, after only 30 something miles, the gas cap warning went off twice (I hadn't got gas yet). Day three the check engine light came on. Thank God John Thorne was there and he was very kind and patient and told me that if it happens again, bring it in and they'll fix it. I should have kept my three year old Sentra. I loved that car. About the overall review, would you recommend this dealership? Yes, highly, for the great service dept and John Thorne. No for buying a car because of the push beyond your comfort zone. The pressurized sales tactics are very challenging for some people. More

I always use your service department! People are so nice. My service person was John Thorn Very nice and knowledgeable. We spoke to a guy named Colby he was the nicest person very knowledgeable had great conversation with him although I didn’t buy a car I would certainly buy one from him!! More

Wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle in to be serviced, they tried to charge me $10,000 for parts and labor but we're going to do a recall part free of charge in the fuel tank for the Titan. Into the work they tried to charge me $10,000 for parts and labor but we're going to do a recall part free of charge in the fuel tank for the Titan. Into the work for the recall part,two bolts broke and I was called and said if they went any further with it and broke anything else other than the two parts that I would be responsible for paying for it while it was in their care.I told them not to worry about the recall part and just put two bolts back on it so I can come pick my truck up. Longer story short I spent $300 at AutoZone and took 2 hours out of my day and fixed everything they claim to be wrong with my truck. In my opinion maus Nissan is the worst service department I've ever went to for help. More
