well this is my 3rd vehicle thru ford ricart and my salesman was awesome!!!I mean as proffesSional and courteous ans you could imagine.The best thing about John Thornton is that i called from my cell t salesman was awesome!!!I mean as proffesSional and courteous ans you could imagine.The best thing about John Thornton is that i called from my cell told him the exact vehicle i wanted and the exact amount of money i wanted to spend and when i pulled up this guy didnt know me from a can of paint and greeted me as i was getting out my car!!!NOW WHERE THEY DO THAT AT!..and had already pulled the vehicles i requested and clearly understood my price range.Thats what i call excellent customer service and I left with certified new-used suv...i will continue to buy cars from ricart and only ricart and only from the Best salesman ever JOHN THORNTON!!!! More

WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP JOHN THORNTON HAD OUR 2007 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR OUT FRONT WITH BALLONS ON IT ALL SHINY & CLEAN & READY TO ROLL !!!!! Dave Thorton did an awesome job and we were very pleased with how he handle our day. The people who handled the paperwork, loan and title were not friendly at all and that dropped my experience from great with how he handle our day. The most recent bad experience was that I found two vehicles online that I really liked so I went to the dealership and drove both decided I liked one better. Both were listed as the same price but Jo vehicles online that I really liked so I went to the dealership and drove both decided I liked one better. Both were listed as the same price but John told me that one vehicle had more wiggle room on the price than the other so I chose the one that they would work on the price. We sat down to do the "wheeling and dealing" and he gave me a price that still was too high for the value of the car. I researched the cars very well before going down there so I had a little more knowledge than he thought I did. What really ticked me off is that I gave a VERY fair offer for the car and he told me that his manager wouldn't accept it. He never even asked his manager about the offer. It isn't his place to accept or deny my offer, its the managers job. I got up and walked out and I will NEVER set foot in that dealership again and I make sure to everybody not to go there. A few years ago I had bought a brand new car, right off the show room floor from them and paid $20,000 for it. One would assume that when you spend that much you might get a little courtesy from the service department. Not at Ricart. I had a problem with the power locks and alarm so I took it to service and the guy called me the next day so I went to pick up my car. He told me that they couldn't recreate the problem and then he said that maybe I was too stupid to figure out power locks. I reported him to Nissan Corp (my car was a Nissan) and I never saw him in the service department again. More
