The staff there was very knowledgeable when it came to assisting me with the financing process as well and explained all of the number figures to me so that there was no confusion. The salesman we dealt with was John Van Parys, he worked with us to provide us with the vehicle we wanted and needed at the price we wanted. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the car we were getting and assuring us that if we had any questions or problems he would be there to help us. Well, in a few days I had a problem so I called him and he came to me and got the problem fixed, all in a matter of just a few minutes. The finance person we dealt with, Tim Samaroo, was also very good and helpful in getting us the best deal he could find. John and Tim were very pleasant and polite which made this transaction go very smoothly. This is the third Mitsubishi I have purchased from the Northtowne dealership and I would go back to them again before I would go anywhere else. More
