Thought I would stop by Northtowne and see what a Mitsubishi looked like in person, I had seen advertisements but like to get a hands on look. I hooked up with John Van Parys who gave me a tour of the models available. He directed me toward an Outlander on the showroom floor. My Van was appraised, offered in my opinion a fair trade value. Long and short of it is: I got my new tires attached to a new car. There was no hassle, games or stress, just a straightforward deal. I have over the years purchased several vehicles form Northtowne and will be back for straight forward deals with no pressure of games. More

However, after spending time with John and having him educate me on where the Outlander Sport was assembled in Illinois definitely helped. But once I test drove it - there was no comparison to the other models I had test drove (Honda, Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota etc). The dealership was clean, professional, Very pleasant to deal with, respected my time and was very attentive to my needs. I pretty much got everything I wanted, from John's time, to a Very Fast check out, (due to my schedule). My vehicle was cleaned and had a full tank of gas before I left, he even took the time to go over the entire "Bells and whistles" deal again! This was a better experience than one I had before at a Chevy dealership unfortunately. I would highly recommend John and the Northtowne Mitsubishi Dealership to purchase your next vehicle from. More

Mr. Van Parys (I call him JVP) greeted me with a smile and a handshake, asked me what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, and then said let me see what I can do. We went inside and he spoke with the finance manager and I rode home in my new car. I loved that we didn't have to haggle over price and go back and forth for hours. I got the deal I wanted and I was treated as a valued customer from day one. I also love the treatment I have always received from the service dept. They are professional and courteous and I always leave with a smile. When I'm ready to purchase my next car there is no doubt that I will be calling JVP..I've referred many people to him and not one of them has been disappointed. Thanks! More

Things started to turn around at that point as we were greeted with & treated as "REAL" car shoppers.I normally do not like car salesmen but I must say John Van Parys turned my negative impressions into a very positive one. If it were not for John we would not come back at all. We like doing business with John & Northtowne Mitsubishi Suzuki. We are treated as serious coustmers and not as just another number.
