After getting the manager involved I actually got something done , very misleading with the prices , I had an adjuster come out and he had quoted me a price and they purposely changed it to be more e something done , very misleading with the prices , I had an adjuster come out and he had quoted me a price and they purposely changed it to be more expensive , also extremely uninformed and not a team that cares about helping their costumers , after trying to scam me for a 2k job and tell me it was gonna be 5k , the advisor told me to call insurance cuz it was gonna be 5k , insurance came in and flat out told me they wanted to scam me , and due to that adjuster coming at the request of the advisor it ruined my driving record and it has made my insurance sky rocket , extremely disappointed I will not be purchasing another Cadillac due to this terrible service and experience , they were extremely rude to me when I argued about the pricing or even tried to understand what would have caused my issue . Very disappointing More

I'm an outsider (Georgia) and my primary car is a Lexus. You guys fixed my 20 year old truck which is my favorite 'BABE'. At my age (69) I was considering getting 1 last car to carry me to glory. The service and treatment at Williamson was so outstanding, that you all have me considering that my last car is to be a Cadillac ????. We don't have the same service here in Albany, Ga. The service was professional, accommodating, and just overall a great service for a traveler. Jon is like having a trusted big brother helping you. I dropped off my car for what would be a one day inspection and it took over a week. I had to call the dealership multiple times only to get placed on hold multiple times and not speak to anyone. No inspection and it took over a week. I had to call the dealership multiple times only to get placed on hold multiple times and not speak to anyone. No callbacks after multiple messages had been left. It’s not until I finally called and waited to speak to somebody and was that my car would be inspected on that same day and it could be picked up. Ridiculous waste of time. More
