Haley Nielsen ensured I was connected with a sales team quickly. Then John Varrone & Matt Hart in Sales, and Jose Cordero in Finance made buying my first new car in a long time an absolutely phenomenal experience. They patiently answered my many questions, helped me do much of the transaction by phone and e-mail to work around my schedule, and got me the best deal possible to put me in the new vehicle I wanted. Plus there was zero pressure at any time. I don't know why we went somewhere else for our last car, when we loved Greentree in the past. But I am now officially a diehard Greentree customer and singing their praises everywhere. So much so, that my daughter (with a similarly old and sad vehicle) went in the next day and bought herself a new car too, with the same incredible level of service. Thank you all so much! More

I had been emailing with Raven Truitt for almost a week going over the details of ordering a GR Supra and, while she was helpful, she passed me along to John Cartoned who proceeded to "decline my offer to going over the details of ordering a GR Supra and, while she was helpful, she passed me along to John Cartoned who proceeded to "decline my offer to purchase" after I requested that we keep communicating through email.
