I wanted to take this opportunity to let folks know how much I appreciated Alan’s responsiveness and help in purchasing my vehicle. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime but never had the custome much I appreciated Alan’s responsiveness and help in purchasing my vehicle. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime but never had the customer care experience as with this one! Alan was amazing from my first contact until the vehicle was delivered! His superb attention to detail and knowledge from the start of the process to the finish was reassuring. I was purchasing my vehicle over the internet which can be somewhat daunting. Alan ensured that I had all the pictures and information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. He was willing to help in anyway possible. Alan constantly keep me updated on the process during and after the sale. He went above and beyond! What a great customer experience! More

Dale was very informative and helpful with any questions I had when purchasing my first Subaru.
