Excellent Customer Service I continue to have very positive experiences at this dealership. I took my A4 in for some unexpected repairs. After getting a crazy expensive quote fo I continue to have very positive experiences at this dealership. I took my A4 in for some unexpected repairs. After getting a crazy expensive quote for the cost of repairs my service guy John Wagers was able to work with his manager to give me a significant discount, likely due to the good relationship I've developed with the people there over the years. At the same time I was working with Melissa Meier in the sales group to explore options to get me in a newer vehicle. She was very professional, patient and was able to meet all of my criteria for a vehicle. In the end I traded in my A4 and drove away in a new Q5! The team there was very compassionate towards my unfortunate situation and made what could've been a very stressful experience into a pleasant one. More

A3, my new sweet ride I test drove a 2015 A3 and knew I had to have it. Within 24 hours the car was mine. As it gets dark early I test drove at night and didn't even notice that the window trim on the passenger's side was a bit scratched. I was told about it and delighted to hear they would replace it. Sure enough, the replacement made and a loaner given. Wow. So glad I jumped from VW to Audi. Chrisette, Tammy, Raven and John made the process smooth and painless. Trust me, getting a loaner from Weatside, where I had previously purchased 5 VWs was like pulling teeth. Excellent customer service at Audi St Paul! More

Joe Stifter and his entire team are simply fantastic - every individual provides exceptional customer service. The sales team is great. Easy to work with, no tricks and gimmicks. The financing team is competent and knowledgeable – they explain all of your options in an educational way – no pressure tactics. Although the entire Service team rocks, John is probably one of the best. He's made my wife feel very comfortable in discussing everything from deer collisions (!) to recommendations on new tires. That's a big deal to both of us. In the 2 instances when we had anything close to what I'd call an 'issue', the team rallied and addressed everything to our complete satisfaction - and delight. Customer loyalty isn't defined by interactions when everything is going great. It's defined by how an organization takes care of you when there is a problem. And last week, when confronted with a fairly big issue, they stepped up and came through for us. Quality product. Superb service and sales. And when it matters, doing everything they can to support their sterling reputation. They've once again earned the re-confirmation that I'm a customer for life. More
