1st Service after Purchase Bought a used car from Youngblood in February. Time for its first service, Called Shawn Hamilton for appointment in the morning he scheduled service that afternoon. Even though this was a free service, everyone was friendly and professional. As promised, it would take 45-60 minutes and it was. Even met with co-owner John Widiger and he thanked me for using their service department and wanted to make sure the team was meeting expectations. Well done! More

Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle! It was the most relaxing, non pressuring visit I've ever experienced. My salesman Chris was ontop of everything. By far the fastest purchasing experience with paperwork etc. He had everything all ready to go when I showed up. The employees are all friendly and give you their undivided attention which means a lot especially when you are making such a big purchase. The GM, John, was the most welcoming GM I've ever met. He makes you feel like family and I'm looking forward to going back and will refer anyone I know because I want others to have the same buying experience. It is FAR from the typical dealership vibe that other dealerships give off. Thank you so much to YoungBlood for making me a customer for life! More

A great dealership all the way around! I have been using Youngblood Nissan for years. This is my third Nissan Rogue I have leased there and the sales staff has always been honest and accomm I have been using Youngblood Nissan for years. This is my third Nissan Rogue I have leased there and the sales staff has always been honest and accommodating to me. All three times I have had special requests that they were willing to go out of their way to provide for me. I have also used their Service Department for all of my routine maintenance needs. Even small things like air in the tires or a key fob not working were dealt with promptly. Everyone in the dealership are always cheerful, happy and always courteous. I even appreciate the small touches such as returning my car to washed clean and including a bottle of water for me. Thank you Youngblood Nissan and keep up the good work. More

Had a great experience purchasing my new Nissan Murano. I had been shopping around for a new vehicle for a few weeks and decided on the new Nissan Murano Platinum. I had used the service department in year I had been shopping around for a new vehicle for a few weeks and decided on the new Nissan Murano Platinum. I had used the service department in years past for my Chrysler and had always received excellent customer service so I knew that Youngblood was the place to go. I have to admit that I'm not the easiest customer to have to encounter, we all have that preconceived idea in our head that it's never a fun experience to go to a "dealership". I was fortunate to have Seth Evans as my sales specialist. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle features that I was interested in and understood that I wasn't wanting to spend hours at the dealership. All of the team members worked hard to make the numbers work out to where I was right where I wanted to be prior to walking in the door. Amanda Hubner who helped me finalize the paperwork was amazing at explaining all of my options. I thank you all for all of your hard work for "not the easiest customer in the world" I will definitely reccomend Youngblood Auto to anyone I know looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Warm down to earth and friendly! We were in the need of a car but had no idea what car we wanted. After explaining to John Widiger (GM) what we needed, he came up with a Nissan Rogue We were in the need of a car but had no idea what car we wanted. After explaining to John Widiger (GM) what we needed, he came up with a Nissan Rogue that we absolutely fell in love with. He worked around my schedule allowing us to get familiar with the vehicle before buying. His service was far and above what we expected from a car dealership! After purchasing, we appreciated Ryan following up with us and spending his time with getting us familiar with all the bells and whistles. He was honest and very knowledgeable about Nissan. They have the friendliest staff at Youngblood. Highly recommended in sales for both used and new!! J&C More

We continue to go back to this dealership because of the excellent customer service and value of our vehicle. The entire purchase experience has always been outstanding. My wife and I drive a great deal for our jobs and the Nissan Altima has never failed us. The sales dept and service department has always treated us right. Gregg Scott was our sales associate and he is always helpful, never pushy. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from this dealership and won't hesitate to refer my friends and family as well. More
