First service Sam met me at the service entrance and put me at ease. He noted my concerns and assured me they would be addressed. I received a call from Howard lett Sam met me at the service entrance and put me at ease. He noted my concerns and assured me they would be addressed. I received a call from Howard letting me know when my vehicle would be ready. Howard met me at the service desk and went over his findings and I was on my way. These guys are an asset to Coastal Kia and I appreciated the wash! Thanks again! More

Fast and Friendly They were ready for me when I arrived on time for my appt. and took my car right back. They were finished quickly and right around the time they said They were ready for me when I arrived on time for my appt. and took my car right back. They were finished quickly and right around the time they said it would be done. They were very kind and offered coffee and water and snacks. I used the wifi while I was there and it worked fine so I got to play on my phone and look at emails, waiting room was comfortable. My car was finished and washed and I was out the door before I could get bored. LOL. Also I spoke with he parts guy and he was really helpful and kind to me. More
