purchase of new vehicle the sales rep John Williams was very helpful from the time I pulled on the lot and got out of my car, he was willing to go the extra mile to help me l the sales rep John Williams was very helpful from the time I pulled on the lot and got out of my car, he was willing to go the extra mile to help me learn about the vehicle I was interested in, I went to the dealership just to look and I like the vehicle I test drove, John wanted me to be able to take the vehicle home with me that night and went right to work on giving me numbers to work with. Pleasurable experience First time ever looking at Honda's. We decided on HH because of the location & variety of dealers in the same area. Wasn't sure what we wanted, SUV, c First time ever looking at Honda's. We decided on HH because of the location & variety of dealers in the same area. Wasn't sure what we wanted, SUV, car etc. Salesman John W. introduced himself, didn't pressure my wife & I at all. Allowed us to browse the lot to decide what we may be interested in. After a while we decided to test drive a few models,(Civic, Accord, CRV ) We decided on a Civic that was parked in the showroom, center stage. They offered low trade value on my very clean trade. Not really suprised by this because all dealers seem to do this, not my first time negotiating on a new vehicle. Disappointed by the offer, we discussed what I thought would be a fair value. They reconsidered their offer, ( more than doubled it) from $2,000 to $4,200. Which was just above what the reccomended value was on my trade. We were there for several hours & getting pretty hungry as the paper work started. They bought us lunch (pizza delivered ) and drinks. Offered the extended warranty & other sales gimmicks, we declined, again no pressure to buy any extras.John offered us a cold drink & more than delivered on my drink request ( 20 cold ones). He wasn't the best on showing all of the cars features, which were many, but all of the sales staff were very friendly they tried very hard to meet our needs. I'd say that in the end that we got a pretty good deal & I will deal with HH again in the future. Thanks John & the rest of the staff, signed Steve & Shelly More
