Stopped in for an estimate on some ruitine service with my lexus. Standard 15k maintenance. Was greeted by a service writer politely, friendly, and down to earth. No fakeness or salesman attitude. When I a my lexus. Standard 15k maintenance. Was greeted by a service writer politely, friendly, and down to earth. No fakeness or salesman attitude. When I asked about the service (what it included) I was told the same thing as my lexus dealer informed me when the alert came up on car for the oil change and "check-over". I was then told they could do it right then. Because of the convenience and professionalism of the service department I agreed. 30 minutes later it was done. Fast, friendly, professional. NOW THE BEST PART, the cost was $49.95 plus tax! Lexus said it was going to be close to $400!! Wow, even honesty from venice Toyota. Thank you very much and see you in 5 thousand miles! More

I went to e ice Toyota for consumer advisory. They couldn’t then they could get the car in for a look. Also a tire light. Shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours for that right? 3:15 pm - 5:45pm I finally ch They couldn’t then they could get the car in for a look. Also a tire light. Shouldn’t take 2 1/2 hours for that right? 3:15 pm - 5:45pm I finally checked and advisor John Wismer had gone home and left paperwork and key. He called my in the car on my way home and it’s my fault he called my name and texted and couldn’t find me. It was my fault I was still waiting additional time because he couldn’t find me so he gave up. Unbelievable — bad “customer service”. The car still under warranty but will look elsewhere for even oil changes and tires. My original dealer gave me free oil changes for life and a car wash anytime. Toyota Corp should look at this business. If they treat you poorly for safety related issues what do you get for a major problem? More
