They accused us of putting plain water in it. They were the ones to put in any fluid. Their fault costing us $150 because of there screw up. More

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I have bought new and used cars there and had all my maintenance and repairs done there. Without exception the staff has been courteous and always appraised me of the work to be done and the cost and time before starting the work. I drive a Prius and recently had a dead battery. Venice Toyota was unable to get yhose batteries and gave me a free loaner to keep until the batteries arrived. It tooktwo and a half weeks and finally they arrived. I was told to drop the loaner off at the Toyota agency...simple! I appreciate having a company that i can count on. More
