He talks to you like a person and not just a quick dollar. Very happy with his performance and character. However, the communication between the staff and their attention to our needs made each interaction seamless and pleasant. We are still a little disappointed that we could not get the rear cargo-cover for this vehicle based on the package and price. (though we were offered the opportunity to purchase it separately!?) That not withstanding, we look forward to dealing with the staff at Thomas for our future automotive needs. More
