We are completely satisfied with this dealer and our salesperson there. Our salesperson, Jonathan L., gave us some options to think about and did not pressure us at all, even as we took a few days to ma salesperson there. We mentioned an option we'd really like on a new car and even though they couldn't do it at the dealer's service center he had it paid for by the dealer and made all the arrangements to get it done. When we were closing the deal, Brett F. answered the few questions we had and completed all the paperwork quickly, which we appreciated. More

I've always wanted a Forester. They're not too big, but they're not too small. For someone like me who is 5'3" it's the perfect size suv. I've always just liked what they were capable of doing and how they handled on the road. I went to Thomas Subaru with my boyfriend. He had bought a Wrx from Johnathan Loughrie a few years back, so he had experience with the dealership. We walk in and immediately Johnathan greets us with a big smile and handshake. It seems he really remembers the people he sells cars to. We go through the whole process that goes with buying a new car and I've never ever felt so completely comfortable and stressless! Johnathan and my boyfriend even talked about video games and joked around! Other dealerships or their employees would probably be focused only on making that sale. The coolest thing is he ended up staying way past closing time to make sure everything got worked out and to make sure I was completely satisfied. I told him that night I was starstruck with the vehicle. I've had my 2013 Forester for a little over a week and I'm still absolutely in love with it! Thank you Johnathan for being so awesome and down to earth! More

I needed a reliable vehicle and my son found a nice used subaru on your web site. He test drove it and i met him there one late afternoon to see it. Tonya was able to work out the finances so that I stayed within my budget .They each took their time explaining everything about the car, the certified pre owned subaru coverage, options for financing, all without any pressure or rushing (even though it was closing time.) They even gave me tote bags to empty out my two trade-in cars! i would definitely recommend this dealership !! More

Buying a car is stressful. We all know that.
