Love the experience I had at Thomas Subaru. I found the car I wanted to look at via the website. Emailed the dealership (Michael Mace) about getting some updated pictures sent to me via email. The pictures were sent, I scheduled a test drive right away, via a phone conversation with Michael. Once I arrived to the lot, Johnathan who I had dealt with a couple years back on another Subaru I bought was awaiting me. I test drove the car, loved it, and was ready to trade my car in an make the deal. Even though the dealership was extremely busy, all of the staff did an excellent job in time management and multi tasking to make me feel that like appreciated my business. The credit check and all final paper work was as simple as possible thanks to Brett Files. I was in an out in less than two hours. I love the no haggle no b/s way of doing business.
