From the moment that I set foot on the Audi Cary campus; the customer service was absolutely amazing. Johnnie quickly introduced himself and upon seeing that I was interested in a specific convertible on t the customer service was absolutely amazing. Johnnie quickly introduced himself and upon seeing that I was interested in a specific convertible on the lot. He obtained the keys and began to show me all the details of the car (inside and out). He was attentive, knowledgeable and patient with all the questions that me and my friends asked. During the test drive, Johnnie continued to point out attributes of the car and answer my questions while I got the feel of driving the car with the top down!!!! Upon returning to lot, Johnnie pointed out options for moving me forward if I desired. He took a little info and introduced me Jimmy, the Finance guy. Jimmy took a little more info, assessed my desires on how I wanted to handle things financially. Presented with me all my options and the process was on the way. I felt that I was in good hands with Jimmy & Johnnie. If the service that Johnnie and Jimmy provided exemplifies what Audi Cary has to offer, I definitely recommend purchasing a car from the organization.
