Honestly a great car buying experience with Ed, Johnnie & Eric. This trio overcompensated for the experience I had with another local dealership. The staff at Audi Cary was fantastic. Kim, the receptionist, was very warm and pleasant. She proactively offered assistance in a variety of settings (getting a sales associate, offering beverages, receptionist, was very warm and pleasant. Johnnie was my sales rep - he went above and beyond expectations to get me in the right car. I can honestly say I wasn't the easiest of clients, but he made sure to provide exceptional service with a smile and with expedience. I ended up exchanging the first car that I purchased (I purchased the vehicle without seeing it and notice that it didn't have one of the features I wanted) and Johnnie, Ed, and Hugh all made sure that the exchange process was easy and seamless. Would 100% recommend Audi Cary to a friend or family member. More

The computers went down on a busy Saturday so we couldn't complete the transaction, but Johnnie more than made up for this by delivering my car more than 90 minutes away the next business day. More
