From the moment we spoke with Johnnie over the phone we knew that we would become customers of Audi Cary. And a couple of weeks later we received the phone call that he had found our car. Our trust was well placed. Completing the purchase in person was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The entire staff was friendly and welcomed us as if we were long time customers. Kim attended to our needs from the moment we walked in the door. Stephen Barry, who helped us in the Parts Department, was friendly and knowledgable. Jim chatted with us and made the finance process painless. Johnnie is the consummate sales agent. He put our needs first and guided us through the entire buying process. He contacted us after the sale to let us know that if we had any questions about the car to please call him. I can honestly say I wasn't the easiest of clients, but he made sure to provide exceptional service with a smile and with expedience. I ended up exchanging the first car that I purchased (I purchased the vehicle without seeing it and notice that it didn't have one of the features I wanted) and Johnnie, Ed, and Hugh all made sure that the exchange process was easy and seamless.
