From the time we drove onto the lot until we drove off with a new Q7, we never felt pressured in any way from Eric who spent quite a bit of time with us going over the amenities and test drive. Hugh in finance was amazing... super personable and friendly. Wael spent a good deal of time with us upon pickup of the vehicle and was very detailed and patient when explaining the intricacies of the car. The gentleman whom, I wish I could remember his name, who detailed the car for pickup was awesome as well! I HIGHLY recommend Audi Cary! More

Very very pleased. Purchased our first Audi from the Cary dealership. Test drove on Thursday, personally sold our car that weekend and Tuesday we were ready to purchase an Audi Q3. I’m extremely delighted with my car shopping experience with Walt and Jim at Audi Cary! Walt was fantastic, very easy going, wasn’t pushy at all and allowed me the time I needed to make my decision. Walt was very patient with me and answered all my questions about the car I was getting. Price we negotiated quite easily without back and forth was very fair, and trade-in of my existing competitor lease that was about to mature was such a breeze I honestly wasn’t expecting it to go that smoothly! Jim, the finance guy, explained all the papers I signed as we were going through everything and I appreciated the way he told me about benefits of packages and protections they have — no endless back and forth, I simply picked one I needed and we were done. The customer manager Kim checked on me too when I was waiting for Walt to work out the numbers. I had such a great experience I grabbed an extra business card of Walt to pass it to someone in my family who is due for an upgrade later this year!! More
