My transaction with Johnnie Richards was nothing but EASY! He made me feel comfortable from the very start and went out of his way to hunt down keys for a vehicle I had seen online. He was not going to EASY! He made me feel comfortable from the very start and went out of his way to hunt down keys for a vehicle I had seen online. He was not going to give up! Within minutes we were test-driving the car. This was not an Audi but a Tesla. He informed me that he didn't know that much about it but he knew more than I thought. I think he even researched the vehicle after he saw I was interested and told me some amazing things that this "computerized" car could do. Never did he pressure me into buying anything different and was always professional and curtious. I see why he is one of the top salesmen and how he cares and treats his customers. Mr. Richards, I appreciate you making my car-buying experience, EASY! The entire staff was amazing and kind, especially the lady at the front when you walk into the door.
