My car buying experience with the sales rep, Jimmy Rodriguez was great, answered all my questions and went above and beyond. My car was even delivered to my doorstep with the paperwork to sign. However, when I went back to get service, NOBODY in the Service Dept greets you with a smile, they are very serious and impersonal. The seating for the consumers is very uncomfortable. They do good work, however the Service Dept. lack of friendliness and professionalism leaves much to be desired...unfortunate. You also see and hear employees on their cellphones having personal calls, not professional. I NEVER look forward to going in for service. More

I schedule a oil change for 10:30a. I got out at 1p. I found out 45 minutes of that was due to a wait at the car wash. I would have skipped the car wash I didn’t even request.
