I called about a specific vehicle on the lot in Georgetown before driving down from Fort Worth. I worked with Johnny Bennerson and was given an “out-the-door” price over the phone that I felt was t Georgetown before driving down from Fort Worth. I worked with Johnny Bennerson and was given an “out-the-door” price over the phone that I felt was too good to be true based on the offers I had received from 3 other dealers. I fully expected to be hit with hidden fees or have a “gotcha” moment with this big dealer and walk out. In spite of that, I drove down on a free day to see if they were serious. When I arrived, Johnny had the car pulled up, met me at the door, and handed me the keys. When I got back from the test drive we sat down and started looking through the paperwork. The “gotcha” moment never came. It was a complete straight shot of what I was told on the phone. Everyone was completely honest and easy to deal with. Gabe in finance took all the time to answer my questions and made the buying process easy. Great experience here. More
