They are very greedy and will give you a terrible low ball offer. I had an almost new vehicle and with their "best offer" on it - they stood to make a $10k + profit from me! I had an appointment with Johnny De Micco and told him repeatedly over email that it was an hour and a half round trip for me and I did not want to waste my time for a low ball offer. Other dealerships gave me numbers by email with my VIN, miles and pics but this place forced me to come in with fast paced sales pitches. I told Johnny ahead of time that if he wasted my time, I'd leave a review. He still wanted me to set an appointment saying "we are paying up to $5k OVER KBB prices until this Saturday. So I show up today on time and he's not available. Receptionist and someone else call him and he's "in a meeting" at the time we set the appointment for. I was pushed to another salesman the didn't know the whole story and our email exchanges. He gives me a ridiculous number and then goes back to talk to "the manager" and comes back with $4k more (still outside of KBB price range) which I looked up online. He hands me a paper with "JD Power's number" which doesn't even come close to what KBB says. I was there for almost an hour. Johnny never showed up, never checked in. Apparently, customers don't matter at Sun Toyota. All they care about is their $$$$ and want to rip you off. Much better Toyota dealers out there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one! More

xxxx poor management, you can make 5 or more phone calls, stay on hold for accumulative 3 hours, leave endless messages and not receive a call back. The sals team is great, the rest? Sketchy at best. They wi stay on hold for accumulative 3 hours, leave endless messages and not receive a call back. The sals team is great, the rest? Sketchy at best. They will approve and activate a loan prior to a vehicle even being ready, let alone final documents signed. They have a nice selection of cars but a ridiculous amount of ‘dealer fees, which will increase a $12,000 purchase to a $20,000 purchase. If you put a deposit down and the deal fails, expect a promise of your cash deposit to be returned by check, promised overnight only to be written (allegedly) after another three days when you call.
