Our experience at Sun Toyota was excellent! But it did NOT begin that way. The salesman initially assigned to us, (Barry Lyman), was inconsiderate, impatient and frustrated, and seemed to fin But it did NOT begin that way. The salesman initially assigned to us, (Barry Lyman), was inconsiderate, impatient and frustrated, and seemed to find us unimportant and difficult. He was also uninformed and seemed to make-up answers to questions we posed that he did not know how to answer. Barry was finally insulting enough to us that we were prepared to depart the dealership with a very bad taste in our mouths indeed. Then Lee Sawicki intervened. Lee immediately lightened the mood and let us know that we were valued and that earning our business was his number one concern. Lee looked in our eyes, listened to us, heard us and responded in ways that told us he cared about our needs and wanted to do everything he could to assist us. Lee’s many years of experience in sales and with Toyota has taught him how customers should be treated. I can’t think of a single thing more that Lee could have done to help us. He is knowledgeable, accommodating, attentive, cordial, and polite. With no reservations we highly recommend Lee Sawicki.
