Our experience at Sun Toyota was excellent! But it did NOT begin that way. The salesman initially assigned to us, (Barry Lyman), was inconsiderate, impatient and frustrated, and seemed to find us unimportant and difficult. He was also uninformed and seemed to make-up answers to questions we posed that he did not know how to answer. Barry was finally insulting enough to us that we were prepared to depart the dealership with a very bad taste in our mouths indeed. Then Lee Sawicki intervened. Lee immediately lightened the mood and let us know that we were valued and that earning our business was his number one concern. Lee looked in our eyes, listened to us, heard us and responded in ways that told us he cared about our needs and wanted to do everything he could to assist us. Lee’s many years of experience in sales and with Toyota has taught him how customers should be treated. I can’t think of a single thing more that Lee could have done to help us. He is knowledgeable, accommodating, attentive, cordial, and polite. With no reservations we highly recommend Lee Sawicki. Lee also assigned Mike Devito to assist us and he too was pleasant and helpful in every way. More

xxxx poor management, you can make 5 or more phone calls, stay on hold for accumulative 3 hours, leave endless messages and not receive a call back. The sals team is great, the rest? Sketchy at best. They will approve and activate a loan prior to a vehicle even being ready, let alone final documents signed. They have a nice selection of cars but a ridiculous amount of ‘dealer fees, which will increase a $12,000 purchase to a $20,000 purchase. If you put a deposit down and the deal fails, expect a promise of your cash deposit to be returned by check, promised overnight only to be written (allegedly) after another three days when you call. More
