They will approve and activate a loan prior to a vehicle even being ready, let alone final documents signed. They have a nice selection of cars but a ridiculous amount of ‘dealer fees, which will increase a $12,000 purchase to a $20,000 purchase. If you put a deposit down and the deal fails, expect a promise of your cash deposit to be returned by check, promised overnight only to be written (allegedly) after another three days when you call.

Well, I responded privately twice two days apart, and have yet to get any replies or follow up. You claim you wanna make it right and discuss. And concerns to “get to the bottom of it“ but yet you have ignored all private responses. So let’s air it out in public forum shall we? You sent through loan documents that were not completed, it was pre-loan documents waiting for a deal to be finalized. Several calls to make changes and understand certain charges, an extra $3000 worth of dealer fees and other items that didn’t calculate out and yet nobody returned those messages, no one picked up while I sat on hold for an accumulation of 2+ hours over the course of four phone calls. When I killed the deal because you guys pushed through alone and put me on the hook and screwed up my credit score and my debt to income ratio, and the car was in the body shop and no final signature documentation tax tag title or anything was completed, I’m on the hook for a just under $10,000 loan. The sales manager will remain nameless right now, one couldn’t keep his mouth shut to listen, kept talking over everything I had to say without even understanding the context or the words coming out of my mouth. One excuse after another on how they shouldn’t happen, and not one, not even a stupid attempt a feeble attempt at trying to offer something to try to make it right. Not even a free cup of coffee. I did absolutely nothing wrong in this transaction, Son Toyota had a vehicle listed for 12 five, the best Internet price was 11 eight and the price out the door was almost $20,000. Again, that’s not even the worst part, it’s the fact that Sun Toyota push through loan documents that weren’t completed and received money from my credit union for a vehicle, I never owned never took possession of and it took them three weeks to get the loan canceled

I’ll keep it private for now, my credit score keeps dropping because I have a 9800 loan on my credit because 2 week ago your finance team sent a loan through before final paperwork was signed and the car was even ready for possession. This was after several attempts to change a few things that were added due to shady sales pressure, rushing and an overzealous finance guy.

in. While this is usually completed Mon-Thurs, Lee understood that my business travel interfered with this and agreed to accept my lease turn-in on a

Lee also worked with me and I was able to return my Toyota without a disposition fee, repair fee, etc. He was also very informative on the cars on the lot and offered assistance on finding a new vehicle if/when I was ready. I was in and out of the dealership in 15 min. I would recommend working with Lee any chance I could get!
