This was our first visit to a car dealership to purchas a vehicle. While we had looked only at potential options, Johnny soothed a lot of our nerves. We appreciated his extensive knowledge of the minute diff vehicle. While we had looked only at potential options, Johnny soothed a lot of our nerves. We appreciated his extensive knowledge of the minute differences in the different styles of Crosstreks. Johnny also showed us differences between the Crosstrek and Outback. He never once made us feel pressured to pay for something we didnt need nor push us towards a newer model or more expensive vehicle. We felt very respcted and cared for the entire process. When it came to the financial part, we felt no pressure to sign up for anything and the process was amazingly simple. We weren't sure what to expect but when we got home we looked at each other and said "that was easy." The prices were all fair (and for our specific model, less than the national average). If anyone I knew was in the market for a vehicle, I would highly recommend Carr Subaru. More
