Not a wide variety of vehicles. The sales associate was helpful. The actual car I wanted wasn't on the lot. It was the car with the least specs or the car with too much. New Super Duty purchase Very professional employees and staff! I am always dreading buying a new vehicle due to pressuring sales teams, this was not the case at this dealersh Very professional employees and staff! I am always dreading buying a new vehicle due to pressuring sales teams, this was not the case at this dealership. Once I had all my questions answered they were respectfull and courteous in working out a payment plan that suits my needs. I was welcome/greeted several times by various staff, and offered coffee or drink while I waited for my purchase to be filled up with fuel and cleaned. Thank you More

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I was a nervous wreck to come and purchase a car. There is only so much a person can research to prepare for the experience. We spoke to Johnny on the phone and told him about a vehicle that we saw on the internet. When we arrived, he was there is the parking lot and had the vehicle pulled around and ready for us to drive. We drove a couple of vehicles and I never felt pressured or felt like he was "trying to make the sale". He was looking out for us and wanted to make sure we were happy. As soon as we decided which one we wanted, he smiled like we had been friends forever. It was a very busy day and apparently everyone wanted Johnny. My husband and I were not in any hurry. Johnny kept apologizing for the wait to complete the purchase process. There were people ahead of us trying to get financing. Small things like offering us coffee and checking up on us every 5 to 10 minutes mean a lot. Then it was time... We officially owned the vehicle. Then we went next door to meet Michael. The Financing step can be such a scary experience. He was unbelievable. He walked us through every form and made sure we understood. Explained the importance of the bumper to bumper and wanted us to be covered. I left feeling great and knew that there was no way I would experience buyer's remorse after working with those two. With 2 kids that will be driving in a couple years, we will definitely be back to see Johnny and Michael!!!! Thank you for changing the way I have seen car dealerships. More

Salesman and dealership review I started out with Johnny Gibson, and he was very upfront and helpful. He was also very attentive. The salesperson I wanted to see was Mike Turner an I started out with Johnny Gibson, and he was very upfront and helpful. He was also very attentive. The salesperson I wanted to see was Mike Turner and he was not in when I arrived. Johnny let me test drive the car I was interested and he answered all questions. In the mean time Mike arrived and took over. Mike was very knowledgeable and informative. It was a pleasure working with him, and he informed me to call or visit him anytime I had a question or needed help. I would recommend Johnny or Mike to all my friends. I would also come back to Beau Townsend for my next automotive need. More

We are very satisfied with the Escape purchased for my wife. This time, I stopped in to get the oil changed in my car, spoke with Johnny and soon after the oil change was completed, I was out the door in a new Focus. t wasn't pressured, in our conversation, Johnny said let me know when you're ready. I said I'm here now. That's all it took. I got exactly what I wanted and stayed within my budget. Johnny and Ken Emrick treated me very well and I will be back again (though it may be several years). I started using the Beau Townsend service department with the purchase of our first vehicle from Beau Townsend and will continue to do so because of the great and honest service I've received. By the way, they didn't charge me for the oil change. Thank you Johnny and Beau Townsend Ford. We will be back again. More

I was contacted immediately by Jeanine in response to my internet inquiry. She offered several options for me to consider and set up an appointment to meet at the dealership over the weekend. I met Johnny Gibson upon arrival and he was nice to work with. I felt like he went to bat for us to get us a reasonably fair price on our trade-in. Given my last experience where the car I wanted could not be located, I was very impressed and satisfied that the EXACT car I was looking for was available for delivery the next day. I feel like if I have any questions that the follow-up customer service I was promised was authentic. I have recommended this dealership to others and will continue to do so and plan to work with Johnny Gibson for future purchases. More

The website was very customer friendly. I researched 7 different dealership's websites and found yours to be the best. Those dealerships searched were Hidy, Interstate ,Troy ,Wilmington, and Middletown and Lebanon Ford. The finance manager, M Condron processed our cash sale in timely and professional manner. Experience at Beau Townsend Ford-purchase of a 2012 F150 My (our-my wife was with me and agrees) experience with Johnny Gibson was exceptional-the best I've ever enjoyed with a sales representative at an aut My (our-my wife was with me and agrees) experience with Johnny Gibson was exceptional-the best I've ever enjoyed with a sales representative at an auto dealership. I base that on several factors. First, from the initial meeting and through the sale, Mr. Gibson never pressured us in any fashion. He didn't "hover" over us, which I have encountered elsewhere. He was professional, yet he maintained a friendly demeanor. My wife and I were very comfortable with him throughout. Second, he was patient with my questions and indecisiveness. He always answered each question to my complete satisfaction, and clearly understood the product he was representing. Third, Mr. Gibson was honest-he wasn't given to overstatement such as I have experienced at other dealerships before. Fourth, when discussing price, he didn't play a lot of "games"-he was straightforward and remained friendly. Fifth, we purchased an accessory that was not on the vehicle and he made that happen with no hassle. Sixth, and probably the result of all of the above (as well as our general discussions during the process), I genuinely liked the guy (as did my wife). Allow me to note that I was not at all certain that I was going to purchase a pickup truck at this time; I was debating continuing to use my old F150 until it simply became unserviceable. There is no question that Mr. Gibson was a factor in my decision to buy at this time instead of postponing. After the sale, we were referred to Mike Condron in finance. Mr. Gibson had said that Mr. Condron would be easy to deal with, and he was. Even through the considerable paperwork required when buying, Mr. Condron was also very friendly and professional. He answered our questions completely, and made it a point to concisely explain the purpose of everything we signed and initialed. While we didn't have as much exposure to Mr. Condron, he too was a likeable guy. I generally am not so verbose in evaluations such as this, but I felt that the service was of such quality from both Mr. Gibson and Mr. Condron that I'd take a few extra minutes to express my appreciation (and my wife's as well). Beau Townsend Ford could not have been better represented. More
