Johnny went out of his way to see that I was happy with the price of my new lease on a 2014 ford explorer. We came in looking for a car, at the time it was for a 2013, however, that car was already sold. Johnny showed us a couple of different models of the Ford Fusion, all having different bells and whistles. 2013, however, that car was already sold. Johnny showed us a couple of different models of the Ford Fusion, all having different bells and whistles. The hardest part of our visit was deciding if the color was important or the extras. There was never any rush or pushing to make a decision. Johnny worked out the financial part with my husband until my husband and I were satisfied. I am enjoying driving my Fusion, and can't wait until the weather warms up so I can enjoy my moonroof. More

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Our salesman, Johnny, was knowledgable and friendly. We really enjoyed that we never felt pressured, and that we were given as much tim dealership. Our salesman, Johnny, was knowledgable and friendly. We really enjoyed that we never felt pressured, and that we were given as much time as we needed to test drive, talk, and ask questions before we made a choice. The price we paid for our certified used Ford Flex was extremely competitive, and so far has turned out to be a fantastic vehicle. Justin was able to answer all of our (many) questions about the Sync system, and we appreciated that he took all the time we needed to talk to him about it. Ken did a great job helping us get an extended warranty from Ford in the price range we were looking for. Overall, I have absolutely no complaints about this fantastic dealership. Keep up the great work! Buying a car can be such a stressful experience, and this dealership did everything they could to guide us in the right direction and alleviate some stress. More

When my husband and I drove onto the Beau Townsend lot, it was probably around 10 degrees, but Johnny Gibson was outside and immediately walked up to our car and greeted us. He asked us what we were interested in, and we told him the 2014 Ford Edge or Ford Escape. He showed us where to park, and we test drove both. We let him know upfront that we had narrowed our decision down to one of these and a Jeep Cherokee. We bought the Escape a week later, although I could have used the discount from my brother-in-law for them Jeep Cherokee. I bought from BeauTownsend for three reasons. I liked Johnny's personality. He was informative, knowledgeable, personable, but not overbearing. I liked the Escape just a little better than the Jeep Cherokee, but I also wanted to buy a Ford, because Ford did not take the government bailout. I think I have the best car, the best salesperson, and the best dealership. I will recommend Johnny Gibson at Beau Townsend in the future. Sales staff were very helpful and accommodating. I arrived late one evening from out of town and was shown the available stock for the model i was interested in after hours. I have ALWAYS loved the sales experiences I have had. When it comes to this dealership the problems I have had have been with the service group. I'm not sure if it's in experience in the mechanics and su When it comes to this dealership the problems I have had have been with the service group. I'm not sure if it's in experience in the mechanics and supervisors don't pay attention or what. I just had service done on the Focus I traded in and the next day there was oil leaking on garage floor. Before..when I had MAJOR work..transmission and front end work..they left parts dangling and loose. I had to take it in several times to have things corrected. It was very frustrating to say the least. At one point..I kept telling them their was a clunking in front passenger and they never did get it right. .my husband found that the strut was NOT tightened down..AND he fixed it.
