Terrible customer service . If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have always been able to drop off my vehicle for an oil change and receive a courtesy car for the day. . Today I went to drop off my ES 350 for maintenance and was told that is no longer their policy. I don't understand why when I filled out the online form for the service request there was a question asking if I would need a courtesy car if this is no longer their policy. Johnny Reyes was not helpful and told me that this has always been their policy. That's funny because this is the first time I have been told this. If I wanted to be treated this way I would have saved $15,000 and bought a Toyota Camry. The reason I purchased a Lexus was for their outstanding customer service. With the new ownership, the customer service is gone. I will not be returning to this dealership again. More

I was told that my oil/filter change would be 1 1/2 hours. After almost 2 hours the car was ready, however, they needed additional time to wash the car. I could not wait for the car wash. Upon leaving I noticed that they did not place and reminder sticker for my next oil change. You would think for $128. they could at least place a reminder sticker on the windshield. Last Time...... Overpriced, underserved I called to get a side mirror glass replaced. They said come in at 11:30 and, expecting a repair, I was surprised to be told that they couldn't do it I called to get a side mirror glass replaced. I called around and had it done in one hour for $108. They were just ripping me off and had no regard for my time! More
