Great experience. Marcus in sales was great to work with. Overall the experience was low preasure and I was never being preasured to buy anything I didn't want. Vitor the business manager was great to work with as well. There weren't many efforts to upsell any unnecessary dealership items. A couple warranties were offered, but given the situation a warranty could be a good purchase. I was not pressured into purchasing either of the warranties though. After making the purchase I feel I got exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. Extremely happy overall and would buy another car there in the future. More

Johnny & Eric are the Herb Chambers Dream Team! Upon entering the dealership late in the evening the day before a holiday, Johnny greeted me warmly. I am sure he wanted to leave early to get starte Upon entering the dealership late in the evening the day before a holiday, Johnny greeted me warmly. I am sure he wanted to leave early to get started on a long July 4th weekend but instead waited for the unknown woman coming in for a test drive. He brought me out to a beautiful car, assessed my knowledge level immediately by observing I had been driving a similar vehicle for years, and let me take a test drive. He was wonderfully attentive, but not pushy, friendly, but not fake. When I returned from my test drive Johnny introduced me to Eric who would be handling my sale, should I continue to be interested in a new Lexus. Eric was enthusiastic and eager to help me. More
