His knowledge as a Service Adviser is quite deep and what he doesn't know himself he is willing to research it or ask a fellow employee for assistance. He is the key reason I will return to this dealership for service on my truck. I reside much closer to another Ford dealership but will gladly make the trip to 5 Star Ford for my service needs. More

I called 5 Star Ford for service on a brand new vehicle I had not purchased from them. Johnny was friendly and helpful. He set up an appointment for me and met me outside the day of my appointment. He listen had not purchased from them. Johnny was friendly and helpful. He set up an appointment for me and met me outside the day of my appointment. He listened to my concerns, helped me secure a rental car and transfer my children's car seats from my vehicle to the rental. The service work was completed in 1 day to my satisfaction and again when picking up my vehicle Johnny helped me transfer my car seats and children into my vehicle. Upon arrival both times I was greeted by name with a smile and a handshake. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. I will use 5 Star Ford for service repairs, if needed, in the future. More

Have been a customer for over 18 years, outstanding dealership they always have take care of me. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from 5 Star Ford. The Service Department has always gone above and bey dealership they always have take care of me. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from 5 Star Ford. The Service Department has always gone above and beyond to assure my vehicles are fixed right and at a fair price. On the few occasions when something was not fixed correctly or addressed, 5 Star has always made things right. Anymore, I will have difficulty in selecting which Service Advisor to choose from, between Todd, Oddie and Jonathan. I would recommend 5 Star to a customer who wishes to feel like they matter. More
