Everything was ALMOST good, until I drove home. My car was in for a 30,000 mile major service, and therefore cost me a pretty penny. I have always had great experiences with Spreen Honda’s Service c My car was in for a 30,000 mile major service, and therefore cost me a pretty penny. I have always had great experiences with Spreen Honda’s Service center , until this past experience. By far it was the most i have ever paid for a service and the technician did not bother to bolt back in the 15 Missing bolts where my splash guard and bumper met. Therefore my splash guard began to scrape against the road and did not make it any easier to make it back the following day to fix their mistake. My anger is not towards the negligence of the technician but rather the fact that i was allowed to drive the car off the lot in the condition it was in. If the splash guard had come off on the road and hit another vehicle I wouldve been responsible for their mistake. I don’t believe this is acceptable in any way, shape , or form. Personally i don’t seek any compensation but if i had been the type to , it would’ve been a worse situation. More

Waiting time mix up Was told that changing front brake pads and replacing brake fluid would take about 2 hours. Seemed long, but I decided to wait at the dealer. 2 hours Was told that changing front brake pads and replacing brake fluid would take about 2 hours. Seemed long, but I decided to wait at the dealer. 2 hours later was told it would be another hour. 1 hour later was told would be 1 more hour. Ended up waiting 4 1/2 hours. Turned out the mechanic was working on my car and another one 'at the same time', but the service guy wasn't told. Everyone's very friendly and courteous, but it was very frustrating to wait twice as long as I was told. More
