The sales person I was dealing with, Johnny, was cordial but no knowledge at all about the Cayenne I was trying to buy. His Manager, the Internet Sales Manager, was a real piece of work. Absolutely rude and obnoxious. He goes by the TL and his full name is TL Ricks
I was buying a Cayenne and wanted to put half down and take a loan for the remaining against my 401k which takes 3-5 days. I offereed to give the 40k to hold the car but they refused and were pushing me to take a loan from them, otherwise they will sell the car. I got the 401k loan in 3-5 days, set up a time to go pay and pick the car up and they were forcing me to send a picture of the check. When I refused, as it is not secure, they again threatened to sell the car. I was pretty xxxxxx off by then and told them to go ahead and sell the car.
They are frauds and bullies. I am happy to spend more money on an authentic Porsche dealership used car than these bunch of hoodlums.

Usman, thank you for the feedback. You were in contact with our team for over two weeks and at no point did we ever tell you the vehicle was on hold for you. The only way we reserve a vehicle is with verified proof of funds or approved financing and agreed pricing. As a high volume nationwide retailer, we cannot hold vehicles based solely on intent, and we apply this policy fairly to every customer.
You chose to wait for a 401k loan to fund, which we respect, however without verified funds we cannot remove a vehicle from the market. Asking for confirmation of funds prior to pickup is standard practice to protect all customers and ensure inventory is handled fairly and transparently.
Calling our team “frauds” and “bullies” simply because you missed out on a vehicle is not accurate and frankly comes across as emotional and unfair. We treat every guest with respect, and while we understand this situation was frustrating for you, resorting to name calling does not change the facts.

In addition to to, your rude attitude, yelling at me and overall being extremely rude behavior now makes me satisfied that I did not buy your car. My money and I deserve better than your dealership
So you can lie all you want, I am just not going down to your level. You should not be selling Porsche. That brand is a very respectable brand.
