Started out fine but soured at the ended The two individuals that I dealt with in leasing the vehicle, Jason Talley and Johnny Younan were very nice and accommodating, however at the end of t The two individuals that I dealt with in leasing the vehicle, Jason Talley and Johnny Younan were very nice and accommodating, however at the end of the process some issues regarding the actual readiness of the vehicle to be handed over to me have concerned and inconvenienced me. First, I had to return to the dealership the day after the vehicle was given to me, which is approximately a 40 mile round trip from my home, because the data card for the navigation system was apparently removed to be used in another vehicle. Even more concerning is the fact that the software that controls the audio system was not up to date. I discovered this after several calls and hours on the phone with the Toyota Care call center technicians. This is causing me to take time way from work to bring my vehicle, that I have had for less than a week, into a closer Toyota dealer to have the audio system update, causing me to be without the vehicle for the work day. Finally, two days after I turned in my other leased vehicle I call the dealership to inform them that I forgot some items in that vehicle and kindly asked them to retrieve the items and either send them to me or I would come and pick them up. I was told by Mr. Talley that he could not find my old vehicle and he would get back to me. Please note, this was well before I was told that representatives of Toyota were scheduled to arrive at the dealership to inspect the vehicle, so it still should have been available to retrieve the missing items. To date, I have not heard back from Mr. Talley or anyone else from Hamer Toyota regarding this issue. These above three issues certainly has soured my experience that started off so well. More
