So I showed up on time and the car did not make it inside for around 35 minutes, not a big deal as I was not in a hurry for once. Then the estimate comes out, $84 as usual, I sign it and when the car is done for around 35 minutes, not a big deal as I was not in a hurry for once. Then the estimate comes out, $84 as usual, I sign it and when the car is done the bill is $104+! As I go to leave I notice the tech did not remove the old oil change sticker and just put the new one over/next to the old one! I asked for a list of recommended service coming up since I'm approaching 100K miles, this was Not provided by the service writer. One more thing, you guys repaired by BDS system a while ago and it failed shortly thereafter. Every time I come in I ask what is being done and there is no answer. I have noticed also that more often than not when I come in there are new people at the counter, this does not give a good feel. More

I’m very disappointed in their lack of support . I spoke directly to the owner about the tires on my SantaFe. They are defective and should not be sold on Hyundai vehicles if you replace them when t I spoke directly to the owner about the tires on my SantaFe. Felt like they were selling me a car only it was services. Also I was rudely greeted by telling me I parked in the dealers parking spot and said in the future I shouldn’t park there. I brought my 2017 Tucson in for 3 recalls and after my car being there for 5 days, they told me my transmission blew and they'd have to charge me $4,000 to replace it. This place is a joke. The sales manager told me I was being deprioritized because I didn't purchase the car from them, and the only reason I talked to him was because the service manager screamed in my face for 8 minutes the morning I dropped it off. wish 0 stars was an option on all of these but this place is a joke & had a master plan all along to screw us over. my car was in for an engine replacement & it took 10 weeks for me to get my car back. after is a joke & had a master plan all along to screw us over. my car was in for an engine replacement & it took 10 weeks for me to get my car back. after getting corporate involved and being lied to up & down the entire 10 weeks, this is probably the most unprofessional dealership i’ve ever been to. the sales team wanted nothing to do with us after they assured us multiple times they’d give us a certain amount to buy my vehicle post repairs. when that day came, they low balled us a baffling amount which was just a slap in the face. as for the service department, that’s a whole disaster. manager john does not know how to deal with customers and lies up & down. they gave me the keys to my car knowing the battery was dead in it & it wasn’t going to start. he told us the car would be ready on 4 different days. then proceeds to hang up on me on the phone (real professional). for a business who’s entirety is based on customer service, i think they need some serious training on what that entails and how to deal with customers. happy customers who will continue to come back to you will generate better business than worrying about the profit in your pocket. nothing but horrible, embarrassing things to say about this place and every single person there should be ashamed of themselves. More
