Recent Audi A4 purchase I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2015 Audi A4 at Foley Motorsports. I should start out by saying that I trade in my car in every 2-3 years because I I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2015 Audi A4 at Foley Motorsports. I should start out by saying that I trade in my car in every 2-3 years because I put on a lot of miles each year so leasing is not an option. I had never purchased an automobile from this dealership and, needless to say, I've had my share of less-than-pleasant car buying experiences at a variety of dealerships over the years. I looked at some used car options online and came across an Audi at Foley Motorsports on the Cars.com. I called and spoke with Rob Deters with whom I met later that day and took a test drive. Rob was very thorough and I never felt pressured. Rob was courteous and professional, taking the time to understand my needs and my budget. I came back a couple days late and met with Rob and Zee Avakian who put together a fair and generous offer for my trade-in, and within an hour I was finished. Jon Joseph got me the financing I was looking for and the paperwork was fast and smooth. Two days later I picked up the car and it was clean and beautifully detailed. There were no floor mats in the car but the next day Rob called me and informed me that they had ordered a brand new set for me. I've now had the car for a week and I'm very pleased. People often complain about bad experience and I've certainly had a few of them but I am confident that when I'm ready to trade in this car in 2-3 years, I will return to Foley Motorsports first for a great deal and great service. His genuine attitude of finding me the best car for me has been most welcome and important. the folks at Foleys display a level of Quiet professional competence in their work, no push to make the sale is in evidence This is a very successful business , not a place for a quick and cheep sale. While I have every confidence that my purchase was the best deal for me in terms of continued support of an expensive automobile by seasoned professionals it was not the cheapest price. Greg OStrander was my salesman and went above and beyond the call to not only find me the right match, but also helped me sell my old Jeep. For a dealer that soes not sell Jeeps, Greg was more than knowledgeable on The Jeep series. His laid back approach is the way I like to be treated when buying a car and he made it easy for me to make a decision. Zee, the manager, stepped in when Greg had a personal emergency and it was seamless. Jon in finance sailed me thru approval and secured me excellent rate. We found almost what we were looking for in many different locations. Then we found three vehicles that would have made us happy....all at Foley Motorsports! Greg Ostrander answered the phone on Sunday and took it from there. He patiently showed us the SUVs, supplied us with paperwork, and was absolutely no pressure to make a decision quickly. However, we did. We called the following day (his day off) and he took care of everything. Picked up the Expedition on Tuesday. We could not be happier.
