After 20 years of Manufacturing and Distribution management, I began my journey into the automotive industry in Troy, Ohio. I started my career as a Sales Consultant to help people solve the transportation issues they face without the pitchy, high pressure tactics that are all too familiar in the industry. I have built lasting relationships with my customers and have been able to assist them with not only getting a new car, but ways to get the most for their investment. I specialize in Finance, Leasing, Truck Specifications, and In-Cabin Technology and have acquired an extensive knowledge of many other facets of the car industry, so I have been able to help customers look at their car purchase from multiple angles in order for them to make the best decision for their situation. I am an Every Day Hero Award winner from General Motors for excellence in customer service and have continued my tradition of taking great car of my customers before, during, and after the sale with Cronin.
