He was so eager to get me into a vehicle that I actually wanted, inform me of what I can afford and what I cannot, and he even broke down my budget with me. Every single time I step into my car, excitment overwhelms me. I feel very safe in my new vehicle, especially coming straight out of a really bad accident. There are no words that could express how greateful I am for Ali doing whatever he could to get me into this car and a million thank yous would never be enough. My experience was great. I went to your web site and looked at a few things. Carlos responded with an email. A friend of mine had brought a Hyundia for their daughter from Carlos and liked the experience. He gave me his number, so I called and told him what I was looking for and the price range. He set-up an appointment to come up and see what he was able to find for me. He had Mike Russell show me the vehicles that fell into my price range. Mike Russell was great to work with. He answered all my questions. Even when I asked for extra info he got me the info very quickly. They were able to get me into a 2015 Jeep Patriot with very little mileage. It is exactly what type of vehicle I was looking for. Then I worked with Jon Moyle on the financing. He was very professional and took the extra time and explained everything until I understood completely. I found a couple of things with my jeep and I brought it back and talked to Mike Russell and the General Manager, Service Manager was very quick to address these minor issues very quickly. I will definitely recommend the entire organization to anyone looking at buying a Vehicle. More

From the Internet to Ownership in a matter of hours Within minutes of making an Internet inquiry about a car at Cocoa Hyundai, Carlos Lopez called us, introduced himself and invited us to come to the de Within minutes of making an Internet inquiry about a car at Cocoa Hyundai, Carlos Lopez called us, introduced himself and invited us to come to the dealership that evening. When we arrived, Carlos and two other gentlemen came out to where we parked and introduced themselves. We immediately saw the Veloster at the end of the row and asked about it. Mr. Johnson explained some of the features, obtained the keys and allowed us to test drive the car. Another gentleman took care of evaluating our trade in while we were made comfortable in the showroom. Friendly negotiations, short ones, occurred and we were then introduced to Jon Moyle who took over to explain all the business end of things. We were out the door in under three and a half hours satisfied customers with a new Veloster. Car buying doesn't get better than that. Excellent experience, we highly recommend Cocoa Hyundia to anyone who will listen. We will buy here when we replace our second car. More
