The salesmen always managed to really get me angry and I walked out, went down the road, the very same day and bought at another dealership. Once again it was time to trade my car and this time, I was successful. I started online with Carlos, told him what I was looking for and about my past experiences there. He paired me with a very nice salesman, Ali , and this was the smoothest sale I have ever experienced. I was treated respectfully and we were able to make a deal that I was satisfied with. I love my new Sonata, and would highly recommend giving Cocoa Hyundai another try, if you have had experiences like I had in the past. A new sales manager, apparently has made a big difference in customer service. More

It Doesn't Get Much Better I responded to Cocoa Hyundai's "Black Book" Deal for the umpteenth time and was fortunate to drive out in a new Hyundai Sonata instead of the usual $5 I responded to Cocoa Hyundai's "Black Book" Deal for the umpteenth time and was fortunate to drive out in a new Hyundai Sonata instead of the usual $5 Walmart card. The reason was Rick Musick. I liked the guy from the first moment. Rick is not high-pressure but friendly, informative and struck me as honest. That's a rare triple in the cut-throat world of sales. In addition, the financing (Jon Moyle) was efficient, quick and painless without the pressure to buy add-ons. I left happy with my purchase, the price, and fortunate with the addition of a new friend in Rick Musick. More

Best EVER Experience! I positively love the Cocoa Hyundai dealership! I have been a customer for 3 vehicles and feel like family when I enter the showroom! Everyone is so I positively love the Cocoa Hyundai dealership! I have been a customer for 3 vehicles and feel like family when I enter the showroom! Everyone is so friendly and positive. Jeff Ribak has become a friend through my decision to change my life. He talked TO me not AT me during this process I began. I searched several other dealerships and didn't find the connection with any other salesperson - I even felt "blown off" leaving one. I went back to Cocoa Hyundai and ended up buying a used vehicle from the lot which is a different make, but I am truly glad that Cocoa Hyundai will be doing my service needs, as I didn't want to make new relationships at a different dealership this time of my life. I don't want to leave out Carlos. He did most of the paperwork to aid Jeff and was so pleasant and easy to work with. Also, as far as I'm concerned, Jon Moyle in the finance department went above and behind to find rebates, changing my GAP insurance and warranty information for my new vehicle which gave me additional down payment money! One more person to recognize is Charlotte! She is a lovely woman and so friendly! Thank you to everyone at Cocoa Hyundai!!! More

Friendly I went throught the web site to find the vehicle that I was wanting. I filed out the online credit app and was called back by Carlos. After talking with him on the phone I felt better about coming in with a no hassle car buying experience. Was greeted by Burton and brought inside to talk with Carlos. Fill out my paper work and went for a test ride with Burton. Loved the Tucson and came back to see if the numbers worked out. Wanted to get into the red model but the numbers didn't work out. They worked with me and after a trip to get the ok from the girlfriend (works in Orlando), I signed the paperwork. When I went back to sign the paperwork and talk with the finance manager (this is the part that I hate when buying a car!!!!), he treated me with so much respect that it made me at ease. He not only talked me into the 'Gap" coverage but also the extended warranty. Then he came back with lowering my payment before I signed the paperwork. All in all, it was the best buy experiance that I have ever had. From the start everyone was friendly, helpful and above all else not pushy. More

When I began looking for a new car, I knew I wouldn't go anywhere else. The sales team from salesman to sales and finance managers were all professional and easy to work with. They took the time to help me find just the right car and financing to fit my budget. I love and believe in Hyundai cars so much that I talked my daughter into buying one as well and now she feels the same way about Cocoa Hyundai. I have to add that I love their new location! More
